Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Credit Marketing Officer to join the Dana Syariah team in the Muara Teweh area. This role is pivotal in driving growth for our Sharia‑compliant financing products, building strong relationships with customers and partners, and ensuring that all credit processes adhere to both regulatory standards and the ethical principles of Islamic finance. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, operations, and compliance teams to expand our customer base while maintaining the highest level of service quality.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, networking events, and digital channels.
- Present and promote Dana Syariah’s financing solutions, tailoring product explanations to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with automotive dealers, retail outlets, and other business partners to generate referral pipelines.
- Collect, verify, and assess customer documentation—including identification, income proof, and collateral—to ensure compliance with Sharia‑compliant credit policies.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking leads, applications, approvals, and follow‑up activities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the branch.
- Provide post‑sale support, guiding customers through the disbursement process and addressing any queries or concerns.
- Collaborate with the risk and underwriting teams to resolve any documentation gaps or eligibility issues quickly.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates within the Islamic finance sector.
- Participate in regular training sessions to deepen product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Male candidates only; age not exceeding 35 years.
- No prior experience required, though a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate persuasively and build rapport with diverse client groups.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail when reviewing documents.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools) and comfortable using smartphones for communication.
- High level of integrity and commitment to the principles of Sharia finance.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend events or dealer visits.
