Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our expanding team in the Jabodetabek‑Serang region. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between the company and both existing and prospective customers, driving product awareness, generating orders, and facilitating smooth credit application processes. Responsibilities
- Proactively present and promote Adira Finance’s product portfolio to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring solutions to meet diverse financial needs.
- Secure orders through the company’s distribution channels by conducting initial data collection, verifying information, and completing all required customer documentation.
- Prepare and submit credit applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates and communicating approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers of repayment schedules, payment locations, and any other pertinent details that affect their loan servicing experience.
- Maintain a detailed database of client interactions, sales activities, and documentation to support reporting and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams—such as underwriting, collections, and marketing—to resolve issues quickly and improve the overall customer journey.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling additional financial products based on customer profiles and market trends.
- Travel within the assigned territory using a personal vehicle, adhering to a schedule that maximizes face‑to‑face engagement with clients.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in any field; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Age limit: 29 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of relevant sales or credit‑related experience; experience in the financial services sector is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships.
- Demonstrated integrity, perseverance, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty in all business dealings.
- Proficiency in B2C sales management, customer‑oriented selling techniques, and clear, persuasive communication.
- Own a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and an active personal vehicle for daily travel within the territory.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, across all Adira Finance branches in Jabodetabek‑Serang.
