Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously, handling check‑in and check‑out procedures with accuracy.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and room allocations using the property management system.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries, providing detailed information about services, rates, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests, escalating issues when necessary to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel amenities, promotions, and events to effectively upsell services.
  • Process payments, issue invoices, and reconcile daily cash and credit transactions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met.
  • Monitor lobby and reception area for cleanliness and safety, adhering to health and security protocols.
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback to management.
  • Participate in shift handover meetings, communicating any outstanding issues or special notices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: maximum 35 years; open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, front‑desk, or customer‑service roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with the flexibility to work independently when required.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency with monitoring tools and rapid adaptation to new software systems.
