Responsibilities
- Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently, strictly adhering to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for food safety and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming outlet at all times, including regular sanitisation of workstations, dining areas, and equipment.
- Serve food and beverages with the highest quality standards, ensuring proper temperature, portion size, and visual appeal.
- Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and building lasting relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and report any shortages or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with menu changes, promotional offers, and operational updates.
- Adhere to shift schedules, including flexible working hours and weekend assignments as required by the outlet’s staffing plan.
- Promote a safe working environment by following all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑26 years old, with a maximum limit of 26.

- Strong personal presentation – clean, tidy appearance and professional demeanor.
- Core personal qualities: discipline, honesty, reliability, and a sense of responsibility.
