Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Pembersihan Gedung dengan Teknik Climbing to join our facilities maintenance team. This role focuses on high‑rise building exterior cleaning, requiring confidence at height, precision in handling specialized equipment, and strict adherence to safety protocols. The successful candidate will work across commercial and industrial properties, ensuring that facades, canopies, membranes, and escalator stairs remain spotless, protected, and presentable for tenants and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) exterior surfaces using appropriate detergents, pressure‑washing tools, and soft‑bristle brushes.
- Maintain and clean external canopies, roofing membranes, and stair‑treads of escalators, removing dust, stains, graffiti, and biological growth.
- Operate climbing and rope access equipment safely, following the SIO‑TKPK certification standards for working at heights.
- Conduct routine inspections of safety gear (harnesses, helmets, carabiners) before and after each shift, documenting any wear or damage.
- Identify and report façade defects, water ingress, or structural concerns to the senior maintenance supervisor.
- Prepare daily work logs, record cleaning chemicals used, and ensure proper disposal of waste according to environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with the building management team to schedule cleaning windows that minimize disruption to occupants.
- Assist in minor repairs such as tightening loose fittings, resealing joints, or replacing worn‑out sealants under supervision.
- Participate in regular safety briefings, drills, and refresher training to keep rescue and evacuation skills current.
- Uphold company standards for punctuality, professionalism, and customer service while working Monday through Sunday, 07:00‑15:00.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only (as per current operational policy).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in high‑rise cleaning, façade maintenance, or related climbing work.
- Valid SIO TKPK (Sertifikat Izin Operasi Teknik Ketinggian) certificate with a current medical fitness clearance.
- Demonstrated ability to work confidently at heights without fear.
- Core skills: height control, high‑altitude rescue techniques, equipment inspection, and emergency response.
- Physical stamina and agility to climb ladders, scaffolding, and rope access systems for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow written SOPs, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus for reading safety manuals.
- Reliability, teamwork orientation, and a proactive attitude toward safety and quality.
