Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as a SPG/SPB Ekspedisi for the Bahorok and Langkat region. This role is pivotal in supporting our courier network, driving sales performance, and ensuring a seamless experience for both our couriers and end‑customers. The position is based in the North Sumatra area, with standard office hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily courier requirements within the assigned territory, matching supply with demand to maintain optimal service levels.
- Conduct market research and read local market trends to align courier offerings with user expectations and emerging opportunities.
- Communicate the full range of benefits associated with becoming an SPX courier, highlighting competitive earnings, flexible schedules, and career development pathways.
- Build trust with couriers by transparently presenting the company’s background, values, and commitment to safety and reliability.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by recruiting new couriers, upselling additional services, and fostering long‑term relationships.
- Maintain a professional appearance and personal hygiene standards that reflect the company’s brand image.
- Promote the courier position directly to potential candidates through face‑to‑face meetings, phone calls, and community outreach events.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on recruitment progress, market insights, and sales performance to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure newly onboarded couriers receive proper training and support.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- No age limit; candidates of any age may apply.
- Open to all genders.
- Zero to two years of experience in sales, recruitment, or logistics coordination is acceptable.
- Strong administrative and sales support skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for building rapport with couriers and internal stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, and CRM tools).
