Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate administrative records, including student enrollment forms, attendance logs, and staff schedules.
- Coordinate daily communication between teachers, parents, and external partners, ensuring timely dissemination of important information.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes to keep the centre fully equipped.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports, financial statements, and budgeting documents for senior management.
- Organize and support special events, workshops, and parent‑teacher meetings, handling logistics such as venue setup and material preparation.
- Provide front‑desk support, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards within the office and classroom environments.
- Collaborate closely with teaching staff to schedule classroom resources and assist with the implementation of curriculum‑related activities.
- Maintain a clean and orderly office space, ensuring that all documentation is filed correctly and easily retrievable.
- Support the recruitment process by preparing interview schedules, handling candidate correspondence, and maintaining personnel files.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates of any age, with a preference for individuals who can commit long‑term.
