Working hours are from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Saturday, with the flexibility to cover weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as needed. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide product recommendations based on menu knowledge.
- Handle cash, process electronic payments, and maintain the point‑of‑sale (POS) system with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized outlet, ensuring that all tables, counters, and service areas meet health and safety standards.
- Assist in inventory checks, restocking of supplies, and coordination with the kitchen to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly and courteously, escalating to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to achieve daily sales targets and uphold Montago’s brand standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product updates, service techniques, and food safety regulations.
- Contribute ideas for promotional activities, upselling strategies, and menu enhancements to drive revenue.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age of 25 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent diploma.
- Prior experience or strong interest in the culinary or food‑service sector.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
- Demonstrated commitment, seriousness, and a positive work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills, honesty, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Basic proficiency with store management systems and POS technology.
- Reside in or be willing to commute to the Montato Pakuwon Solo location.
