Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor straight‑stitch, overlock, and coverstitch sewing machines, ensuring proper thread tension, needle selection, and fabric alignment.
- Produce garments according to technical specifications, maintaining a high level of stitch accuracy, seam consistency, and overall finish quality.
- Follow daily production schedules and meet established output targets while adhering to strict quality standards.
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments of sewing equipment to prevent downtime.
- Maintain a tidy work area, organizing tools, fabrics, and finished pieces to support a safe and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate closely with pattern makers, quality inspectors, and line supervisors to resolve any technical issues that arise during production.
- Document production results, report any machine malfunctions, and suggest improvements to enhance productivity.
- Commit to completing all training modules and applying newly acquired skills consistently after the training period.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
