Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Crew Café team as Barista and Customer Service Representatives. This position is ideal for energetic males who are eager to develop their hospitality skills in a fast‑paced café environment. The role offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, providing a stable income and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic food‑service operation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee, espresso‑based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages in accordance with the café’s standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front‑of‑house area, ensuring tables, counters, and equipment are regularly sanitized.
- Engage with customers courteously, taking orders accurately, answering menu questions, and handling payments using the POS system.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food items, assist with simple kitchen tasks when needed, and coordinate order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, reporting shortages to management promptly.
- Adhere to health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, conducting regular equipment checks and following proper waste‑management procedures.
- Participate in daily briefings, share feedback on service improvements, and contribute ideas for new menu items or promotions.
- Work both independently and as part of a team, adapting to shifting priorities during peak hours while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Gender: Male (as per company policy for this specific location).
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old (maximum age requirement).
- Experience: Prior experience in a kitchen or café setting is preferred, though on‑the‑job training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Skills: Ability to work effectively both as an individual and within a team, strong communication skills, basic knowledge of store management systems, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Availability: Willingness to work the scheduled shift of 08:00 – 17:00, Monday through Saturday, with occasional overtime during promotional events.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 15 kg, and perform repetitive motions associated with coffee preparation.
