Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for the assigned region, aligning with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with key accounts, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales representatives, fostering a high‑performance culture based on discipline, commitment, and integrity.
- Conduct regular market analysis to monitor competitor activity, emerging trends, and customer needs, adjusting tactics accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to decision‑makers at client organizations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements while safeguarding profit margins and company policies.
- Track sales performance metrics, generate accurate forecasts, and report progress to senior management on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and post‑sale support.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry regulations, ensuring compliance in all sales activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and build strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- Gender: Male (Laki‑laki)
- Maximum age: 38 years
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Physical and mental health: Must be fit and capable of handling a demanding travel schedule.
- Driving License: Valid SIM A (Indonesian Class A driving license).
- Relevant experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the same industry or a related field.
- Key competencies: Discipline, strong commitment, high integrity, and a sense of responsibility.
- Soft skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities; ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
