Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Petugas Pengumpulan Data Lapangan to join our dynamic team in the Pontianak/Kubu Raya region. This field‑collection role is essential for maintaining strong relationships with our customers while ensuring timely repayment of credit installments. The successful candidate will be the face of our company on the ground, visiting customers’ homes, conducting direct collection activities, and contributing to the overall financial health of our portfolio.
The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with competitive compensation, unlimited performance bonuses, and clear pathways for career advancement within our corporate group.
Responsibilities
- Visit customer residences to perform direct collection of overdue credit installments, adhering to a professional and courteous approach.
- Achieve and exceed monthly collection targets set by management, contributing to the company’s revenue goals.
- Complete daily visitation quotas, ensuring comprehensive coverage of assigned geographic zones.
- Follow established collection procedures, including documentation of interactions, verification of payments, and escalation of delinquent accounts when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records in the digital CRM system using a company‑provided Android smartphone.
- Provide feedback to the operations team on field challenges, customer sentiment, and potential improvements to collection strategies.
- Uphold safety standards while traveling on a personal motorbike, wearing appropriate protective gear and adhering to traffic regulations.
- Collaborate with fellow field officers and support staff to share best practices and ensure consistency in customer interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/MA or equivalent (Package C).
- All genders are welcome to apply.
- Valid, active SIM C and ownership of a reliable motorbike for field travel.
- Personal Android smartphone (Android 9 or higher) with internet connectivity.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate politely yet firmly with customers.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and a results‑driven mindset.
- Preferred: at least 2 years of experience in field collection or a related sales/credit role. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply if they demonstrate eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work independently under pressure while meeting daily and monthly targets.
