Introduction
Bolde Store is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our dynamic sales team in Solo. The position of Crew Penjualan will be based across two strategic locations – the Bolde Store Ruko Jayengan Solo and the Bolde Store Mall Paragon Solo Cilegon. This role offers a hands‑on opportunity to contribute to daily store operations, engage directly with customers, and drive sales growth in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day store operations to ensure smooth service delivery and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor customer data entry, verify transaction accuracy, and supervise the performance of junior staff members.
- Assist shoppers in locating products, answering product‑related inquiries, and providing personalized recommendations that enhance the buying experience.
- Take responsibility for cash flow management, including handling cash registers, reconciling daily receipts, and supporting the cashier during peak periods.
- Coordinate promotional activities, implement visual merchandising plans, and maintain attractive product displays that align with seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure optimal stock levels by conducting regular inventory checks, reporting stock discrepancies, and working with the inventory team to replenish merchandise promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment, conducting routine safety inspections and addressing any hazards immediately.
- Track sales performance against targets, generate daily reports, and propose actionable strategies to improve turnover and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize basic computer skills to operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, update sales dashboards, and communicate effectively with corporate support teams.
- Foster a collaborative team culture by providing coaching, feedback, and motivation to fellow crew members.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of retail or sales experience, preferably in a clothing or lifestyle store.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage customers of diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and contribute to overall store revenue growth.
- Experience with stock taking (stock opname) and basic inventory management.
- Basic proficiency with computers, POS software, and common office equipment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, and to be assigned to both store locations as needed.
