The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, handling transactions, assisting shoppers, and contributing to a positive store atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide product information to drive sales.
- Operate the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing cash, credit, debit, and digital payments accurately.
- Maintain a well‑organized sales floor by restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring price tags are up‑to‑date.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues, escalating more complex problems to the store manager when necessary.
- Assist in daily opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, inventory counts, and store cleanliness checks.
- Participate in regular shift rotations (Monday‑Saturday) and adhere to the scheduled work hours of 08:00 – 17:00.
- Support promotional activities, such as product launches, discount events, and in‑store demonstrations.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to achieve weekly sales targets and maintain high service standards.
- Monitor and report any discrepancies in stock levels or equipment functionality to management promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years old or younger.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using POS systems; familiarity with both cash and non‑cash payment processes is highly valued.
