We are seeking a motivated Administrator Telemarketing and Customer Service to join our team. This role is ideal for a friendly, responsible woman who enjoys interacting with people, leveraging social media platforms—especially Facebook—to identify and nurture reseller relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential resellers by actively searching and engaging on Facebook and other social media channels.
- Initiate contact with prospects, present our product offerings, and explain the benefits of becoming a reseller.
- Perform diligent follow‑up on all sales leads, ensuring timely responses and accurate status updates.
- Maintain and update the reseller database, recording sales activities, communication logs, and contract details.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align reseller promotions with broader campaign strategies.
- Generate regular performance reports that track reseller acquisition, sales volume, and retention rates.
- Provide ongoing support to existing resellers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating order processing.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new outreach tactics and improve the efficiency of the reseller acquisition process.
- Adhere to the company’s standard operating procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the client).
- Excellent interpersonal skills: warm, polite, and highly responsible.
- Proficient with Facebook, including creating posts, managing groups, and using messenger for business communication.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with administrative sales tools.
- Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Motivation to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced telemarketing environment.
