Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Crew Penjualan Toko Ritel to join our fast‑growing retail team. This full‑time role is based in a bustling store environment where you will be the first point of contact for shoppers, ensuring they receive a warm welcome, accurate service, and a memorable shopping experience. The position offers flexible shift scheduling, with six working days and one day off each week, and is open to candidates of any age who meet the educational and experience criteria.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and provide courteous assistance throughout their visit.
- Confirm food items and other merchandise according to each customer’s order, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Prepare and package orders efficiently while maintaining product presentation standards.
- Adhere to store policies, safety protocols, and customer‑satisfaction guidelines at all times.
- Generate invoices, process cash or electronic payments, and handle transactions with honesty and precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, including regular shelf stocking and floor upkeep.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and assist in restocking procedures.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell products based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily sales targets and improve overall store performance.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- At least 1 year of retail or customer‑service experience; experience with food service is a plus.
- Female candidates only, as specified by the role’s operational needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for helping customers.
- High level of integrity, especially when handling cash and sensitive transactions.
- Ability to work a rotating shift schedule (10:00 – 19:00) for six days per week.
- Proficiency in basic sales analysis, customer‑needs assessment, and adherence to store procedures.
