Introduction
SPX Express, a leading logistics and courier provider in Indonesia, is expanding its network in East Java. We are looking for a dynamic Pemimpin Hub to oversee our hub operations in Diwek, Kabupaten Jombang. This role is critical to ensuring that parcels move swiftly and safely from the point of pickup to the customer’s doorstep, supporting our mission to deliver reliable, on‑time service across the region.
Responsibilities
- Monitor end‑to‑end parcel flow, guaranteeing timely deliveries from collection to final drop‑off.
- Coordinate daily activities with the Warehouse team, Line Haul drivers, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to align schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
- Implement risk‑mitigation procedures that reduce the incidence of lost or damaged packages.
- Oversee all hub transactions, ensuring accurate data capture, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Supervise inbound and outbound operations, optimizing dock usage and load planning.
- Train, coach, and develop hub staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze performance metrics such as on‑time delivery rates, cost per shipment, and inventory turnover, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other analytics tools to create dashboards, forecast demand, and support capacity planning.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations, company SOPs, and safety standards throughout hub activities.
- Lead initiatives for process standardization, including FIFO (First‑In‑First‑Out) handling, route optimization, and cost‑benefit analysis.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or coordinator role within logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Hands‑on experience with Last Mile and First Mile operations, understanding the full delivery lifecycle.
- Proficient in planning, shipping, and warehousing processes, with a solid grasp of FIFO methodology.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macro creation.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of motivating a diverse team.
- Analytical mindset for cost analysis, performance monitoring, and logistics mapping.
- Willingness to relocate and reside in Diwek, Kab. Jombang, Jawa Timur.
- Flexible to work Monday‑Friday, 09:30 – 18:30.
