Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and serve all menu items, ensuring each order meets Wingstop’s quality standards and is delivered within the established time frame.
- Implement the Excellent Service program by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and handling payments with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work stations, including grills, fryers, and beverage counters, following a strict sanitation schedule.
- Adhere to Food Safety and Operational procedures, such as proper food storage, temperature monitoring, and regular equipment checks.
- Collaborate with teammates to manage peak periods, restock supplies, and support smooth kitchen flow under pressure.
- Engage with customers to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and promote add‑on items, enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, safety protocols, and service excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma in hospitality is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Food & Beverage or hospitality setting, preferably in a quick‑service restaurant.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with guests.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work flexible shifts, including Monday through Saturday (08:00‑17:00).
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting of supplies.
- Professional appearance and a commitment to personal health and well‑being.
- Ability to perform under target‑driven pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
