Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven professional to join our team as a Karyawan/Karyawati Profesional yang Berorientasi Hasil. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment, possess a strong sense of responsibility, and are eager to contribute to the operational excellence of our stores. The successful applicant will be placed either at our central hub in Nagoya or at one of our strategically located branch offices, where they will play a key role in supporting daily store activities and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain the store management system, ensuring accurate entry of sales, inventory, and cash handling data.
  • Assist in daily inventory checks, stock replenishment, and coordination with suppliers to prevent stock‑outs.
  • Provide courteous and efficient service to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and submit end‑of‑day reports, including sales performance, cash reconciliation, and any discrepancies observed.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve store targets and improve overall efficiency.
  • Support promotional activities, product displays, and visual merchandising according to corporate guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, point‑of‑sale technology, and customer service best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Open to candidates of any gender.
  • Honest, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to be placed at the Nagoya headquarters or any branch location as required.
  • Basic proficiency with computer applications, especially retail management software.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
  • Ability to work the standard schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Physical ability to handle routine store tasks such as lifting moderate weights and standing for extended periods.
