Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Manajer Proyek Konstruksi to lead interior construction projects for our dynamic firm. This role is based in Indonesia and requires the candidate to be mobile, visiting various project sites as needed. The successful applicant will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, overseeing every phase of interior projects—from concept design through production and final installation.

As a Project Manager, you will be the pivotal link between clients, designers, vendors, and on‑site teams, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise interior construction projects from inception to handover.
- Develop detailed project schedules, allocate labor resources, and manage material procurement.
- Interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications to guide the execution team.
- Lead and mentor a diverse workforce of craftsmen, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Monitor project budgets, prepare and review RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya) and BoQ (Bill of Quantities), and implement cost‑control measures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, interior designers, and internal stakeholders, providing regular progress reports and addressing any issues promptly.
- Conduct on‑site inspections to verify that installations match design intent and contractual specifications.
- Prepare comprehensive handover documentation, including as‑built drawings and maintenance manuals.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Site Supervisor in interior projects.
- Strong understanding of the full interior project workflow: design, production, and installation.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents.
- Demonstrated ability to manage craftsmen, vendors, and subcontractors effectively.
- Solid grasp of budgeting, RAB, BoQ preparation, and project cost control.
- Excellent communication skills, decisive leadership style, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to travel to multiple project locations as required.
