We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Crew Restaurant – Cikarang. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve menu items accurately, adhering to Wingstop’s quality standards and time‑to‑serve guidelines.
- Deliver the Excellent Service program by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations, equipment, and dining areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Follow Food Safety protocols and the Operation Manual to guarantee safe handling, storage, and preparation of food.
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking of supplies, and proper rotation of perishable items.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to manage peak‑hour traffic and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Participate in regular training sessions, team briefings, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma in hospitality is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in food & beverage (F&B) or hospitality settings.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Excellent communication, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting of supplies.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer‑oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work part‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and to be assigned to the Wingstop Cikarang location.
