This role is the frontline champion of our residential projects, responsible for driving sales, shaping brand perception, and guiding prospective buyers through every step of the purchasing journey. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary sales representative for residential units, acting as the “ujung tombak” in closing deals and achieving monthly sales quotas.
  • Design, implement, and continuously refine both digital and offline branding strategies to increase project visibility and market share.
  • Guide potential buyers from the initial consultation through site visits, financing discussions, and final contract signing, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Conduct in‑depth market analysis, tracking property trends, competitor activities, and macro‑economic factors that influence buyer behavior.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and construction teams to align sales tactics with overall project timelines and budgets.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and public speaking engagements at seminars, open houses, and community events.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads using CRM tools, and regularly report performance metrics to senior management.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights and market demands, helping shape future project concepts.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in property sales, banking, automotive, insurance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and develop actionable sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills; confident in negotiating with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Growth mindset with a high orientation toward achieving and surpassing targets.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
  • Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and a sense of responsibility for meeting team objectives.
