Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and serve all menu items, adhering to portion control, presentation standards, and timing requirements.
- Execute the Excellent Service program by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and resolving any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work stations, equipment, and dining areas in compliance with Wingstop’s hygiene protocols.
- Follow Food Safety and Operational procedures, including proper storage, temperature checks, and safe handling of ingredients.
- Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and reporting of any shortages or equipment issues.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and front‑of‑house teammates to ensure smooth service flow, especially during peak hours.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on new menu items, promotional offers, and service standards.
- Handle cash registers or point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately when assigned, ensuring correct transaction processing.
- Uphold Wingstop’s brand image by maintaining a neat appearance, wearing the designated uniform, and displaying a positive attitude at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a diploma is a plus.
- Age: Up to 27 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry, preferably in a quick‑service setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet service targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, and effective communication.
- Excellent time‑management and multitasking capabilities.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Readiness to be placed at the Wingstop Bogor location and travel to the site as required.
