Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and continuously update engaging Arabic language curricula and teaching modules that align with national education standards and our school’s character‑building philosophy.
- Deliver interactive, communicative lessons in Arabic and English, employing a mix of lecture, discussion, multimedia resources, and digital platforms to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, oral examinations, project work, and provide constructive feedback that promotes self‑directed learning.
- Integrate information technology tools such as learning management systems, virtual classrooms, and educational apps to enhance lesson delivery and student participation.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum developers, and school leadership to refine instructional strategies, share best practices, and contribute to school‑wide academic initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grading, and lesson plans, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in parent‑teacher conferences, school events, and extracurricular activities, acting as a positive role model and mentor for students.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) with a preferred Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Arabic Language Education or a related field.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) to facilitate bilingual instruction and communication.
- Teaching Skills: Ability to craft lesson plans, create interactive modules, and employ student‑centered teaching methods that are creative, enjoyable, and character‑building.
- Personal Qualities: Strong Islamic character, ethical conduct, and the ability to serve as a moral exemplar for students.
- Technical Competence: Proficient with ICT tools, digital learning platforms, and online assessment software.
- Collaboration: Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a focus on student development and curriculum improvement.
- Experience: Prior teaching experience is advantageous, but recent graduates with a passion for education are encouraged to apply.

- Availability: Able to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
