Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Mechanical & Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Mojokerto. This full‑time position offers a stable Monday‑Saturday schedule from 09:00 to 17:00, allowing you to apply your technical expertise in a thriving industrial environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems that keep our facilities running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC units, pumps, generators (gensets), elevators, and related mechanical equipment.
- Design, install, test, and commission low‑voltage and high‑voltage electrical distribution panels in accordance with local codes and safety standards.
- Monitor power consumption and implement energy‑saving initiatives to reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with project engineers and contractors during plant expansions, upgrades, and new construction projects.
- Develop and update technical documentation, including schematics, maintenance logs, and safety procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical wiring, grounding systems, and mechanical components to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns, providing rapid on‑site solutions to minimize downtime.
- Train junior technicians and provide mentorship on best practices for equipment handling and safety.
- Participate in continuous improvement programs, suggesting upgrades or replacements for outdated systems.
- Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and tools, coordinating with the procurement department for timely replenishment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance within building, industrial, or manufacturing settings.
- Strong knowledge of low‑voltage and high‑voltage power systems, panel design, and power distribution.
- Proficiency in maintaining and repairing air‑conditioning systems, pumps, generators, lifts, and other mechanical installations.
- Familiarity with electrical measurement instruments and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation manuals.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a safety‑first mindset.
- Male candidates (as per client specification) willing to be based in Mojokerto.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English for technical documentation.
