Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that match their preferences.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, including cash, debit, credit, and mobile payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring price tags are up‑to‑date.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts, reporting discrepancies, and preparing merchandise for inbound deliveries.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns promptly while adhering to company policies and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily sales targets, participate in promotional activities, and contribute ideas for improving store performance.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards, especially when handling food‑related items, to guarantee a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and service etiquette.
- Report daily sales figures, customer feedback, and any operational issues to the store manager.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.

- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work disciplined, be friendly, and thrive in a team‑oriented environment.

- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, with shifts ranging from 08:00 to 23:00.
