Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Kasir Penjualan Retail dan Pelayanan Pelanggan to join our fast‑growing retail team. This role is the frontline of our store, responsible for processing sales transactions, delivering friendly and efficient customer service, and supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate is honest, disciplined, and enthusiastic about working in a collaborative environment where every customer interaction contributes to the brand’s reputation.
Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash, credit, and digital payments while ensuring compliance with company cash‑handling policies.
- Greet customers warmly, answer product‑related questions, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain a tidy checkout area, keep merchandise displays organized, and restock shelves as needed during slower periods.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with store guidelines, documenting each transaction for inventory control.
- Collaborate with teammates on daily opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, sales reporting, and store security checks.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, or potential loss‑prevention issues to the store manager promptly.
- Participate in periodic inventory counts, helping to ensure stock accuracy and timely replenishment of popular items.
- Assist in promotional activities, such as setting up signage, distributing flyers, and informing customers about ongoing sales or loyalty programs.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 25 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Core Skills: Familiarity with cash register systems (Sistem Kasir) and basic math proficiency.
- Soft Skills: Honesty, discipline, strong teamwork orientation, excellent verbal communication, and an extroverted personality that thrives in customer‑facing roles.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
