The successful candidate will act as the face of the brand, guiding shoppers through the financing options, handling inquiries, and driving sales through both in‑store interaction and social‑media promotion. Responsibilities
- Actively present and sell Home Credit Indonesia payment products to customers visiting the store.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of financing options, answering questions and addressing concerns with clear, customer‑centric communication.
- Guide customers through the application and payment process, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience.
- Utilize personal Android smartphones to create and share engaging social‑media content that highlights product offers, promotions, and success stories.
- Maintain an organized and inviting sales area, keeping product displays, promotional materials, and informational brochures up‑to‑date.
- Record daily sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback in the company’s CRM system, ensuring accurate data for reporting.
- Collaborate with store management and the regional sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Participate in regular training sessions and product workshops to stay informed about new financing solutions and regulatory changes.
- Provide after‑sales support, following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
Requirements
- Age between 18 and 35 years, with a maximum age limit of 40 for senior roles.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK) or equivalent.
- Either prior sales experience or a fresh graduate with a strong willingness to learn.
- Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor that reflects the brand’s standards.
- Own an Android smartphone capable of running the company’s sales and marketing apps.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently during fixed hours (11:00 – 20:00, Tuesday to Sunday) without shift rotations.
- Customer‑service mindset with a focus on problem solving, empathy, and relationship building.
