Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Officer Hubungan Bisnis Perusahaan to join our fast‑growing sales and marketing team. The role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with retail partners, distributors, and end‑users of our premium cigarette products. As a key link between the company and its customers, you will drive revenue growth, ensure brand consistency, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep product knowledge and act as the primary point of contact for retailers, wholesalers, and end‑users.
  • Introduce, market, and sell the company’s cigarette portfolio to retail outlets, ensuring optimal shelf placement and promotional execution.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets by applying data‑driven sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain professional, integrity‑driven relationships with customers, fostering long‑term loyalty.
  • Conduct market research, identify high‑potential accounts, and prioritize visits based on sales potential and growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional activities while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
  • Collect and maintain up‑to‑date supplier and retailer data for each assigned area, ensuring accurate forecasting and inventory planning.
  • Coordinate with internal teams—marketing, logistics, and finance—to resolve customer issues and streamline order fulfillment.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, performance dashboards, and insight summaries for management review.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.

Requirements

  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; S1 (any major) preferred.
  • Work experience: At least 1 year in sales or marketing, preferably in FMCG or tobacco distribution.
  • Valid SIM C driver’s license and personal motorbike for field visits.
  • Android smartphone with a minimum of 2 GB RAM for CRM and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication skills, honest and innovative mindset.
  • Professional appearance and ability to represent the brand positively.
  • Excellent time‑management and self‑discipline to meet daily and monthly targets.
  • Proven ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and negotiate sales deals.
  • Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment and building lasting customer relationships.
