Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with their preferences.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and ensuring price tags are accurate.
- Process transactions efficiently using the store’s point‑of‑sale system, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments with precision.
- Answer telephone inquiries and respond to online chats or social media messages, delivering consistent and courteous service.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts, reporting discrepancies, and preparing replenishment orders.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, sharing best practices and motivating peers.
- Uphold store policies regarding returns, exchanges, and warranty claims, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Participate in weekly briefings and training sessions to stay updated on new product lines, promotional campaigns, and customer service techniques.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and promptly addressing any hazards.
- Demonstrate a commitment to personal development through regular prayer (Shalat), dhuha, and Quranic study (Mengaji), reflecting the company’s cultural values.
Requirements
- Gender: Open to all genders; however, the primary recruitment focus is on female candidates.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Age: 18‑25 years old.
- Personal Traits: Honest, disciplined, trustworthy, and responsible.
- Appearance: Presentable and well‑groomed, reflecting the store’s brand image.
- Communication: Strong verbal skills, able to engage customers actively and resolve queries effectively.
- Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and willing to work a full schedule from Monday to Saturday (08:00‑17:00).
- Spiritual Commitment: Willingness to observe daily prayers, dhuha, and participate in regular Quranic study sessions.
- Technical Skill: Basic familiarity with retail management systems and cash handling procedures.
