Responsibilities
- Execute direct sales activities within the assigned territory, including prospecting, cold‑calling, and face‑to‑face meetings.
- Conduct market surveys to identify potential customers, assess competitor activity, and gather feedback on product performance.
- Collect and deliver Indibiz Telkom products to retail outlets, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely replenishment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing after‑sales support and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Present product features, pricing, and promotional offers to customers, tailoring the pitch to meet their specific needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while adhering to company pricing policies and margin targets.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting progress to the sales manager.
- Utilize CRM tools and mobile applications to log customer interactions, update sales pipelines, and generate performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to coordinate product launches, promotional events, and special campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging opportunities to provide strategic insights to senior management.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold Indibiz Telkom’s brand standards during all field activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or consumer electronics.
- Own a reliable motorbike and possess a valid SIM C driving licence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong understanding of sales‑oriented products and the ability to quickly learn new offerings.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively.
- Physically fit and mentally resilient, capable of handling a demanding field schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
