This is a dynamic opportunity for fresh graduates or experienced professionals in the food & beverage industry who thrive in fast‑paced restaurant environments and are eager to develop a versatile skill set across multiple service stations.
The successful candidate will be part of a vibrant, customer‑focused team that delivers high‑quality Indonesian noodles and side dishes while upholding our brand’s standards of service excellence. You will undergo an intensive 3‑6 month training program that includes both on‑site learning and out‑of‑town workshops, preparing you for future leadership roles within the company.
Responsibilities
- Learn and master all job functions within the restaurant, including cash handling, order taking, food preparation, and cleaning.
- Rotate through various stations such as cashier, server/waiter, noodle preparation, bar, dim sum, production, and clear‑up to ensure operational flexibility.
- Provide attentive, friendly service to every guest, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards, adhering to local health regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and proper storage of ingredients.
- Participate actively in daily briefings, sharing feedback and suggestions for service improvement.
- Support opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and equipment shutdown.
- Engage in continuous learning during the 3‑6 month training program, including workshops outside the city.
- Adapt to shifting work schedules, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational demands.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by being punctual, reliable, and willing to help colleagues.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Either a recent graduate or a candidate with prior experience in food & beverage, restaurant, or customer service environments.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, energetic attitude.
- Good physical health with no history of chronic illness that could affect job performance.
- Active SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate) with no criminal record.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Readiness to travel for a 3‑6 month training program outside the city.
- Flexibility to be assigned to the upcoming Mie Gacoan Grobogan branch as part of the expansion plan.
- Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and maintain composure during busy service periods.
