Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, process cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue receipts.

- Provide friendly, prompt service by greeting customers, answering product inquiries, and recommending menu items.
- Prepare basic coffee beverages following standard barista protocols, including espresso shots, cappuccinos, and pour‑over drinks.
- Assist the kitchen team in assembling simple Western‑style menu items such as sandwiches, salads, and baked goods.
- Conduct end‑of‑shift cash reconciliations, report any discrepancies, and secure cash deposits.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables (coffee beans, milk, pastries) and notify the store manager when re‑ordering is needed.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including regular cleaning of equipment and work surfaces.
- Collaborate with colleagues during busy periods, covering breaks and assisting in other store functions as required.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, POS updates, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- All genders welcomed; professional appearance and a courteous demeanor are essential.
- Basic understanding of coffee preparation techniques (Barista fundamentals).
- Familiarity with simple Western menu preparation (e.g., sandwich assembly, basic cooking).
- Strong honesty, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage customers with a friendly attitude.
- Team‑player mentality with the flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Proficiency with standard cash register or POS systems; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
