We are seeking a passionate Guru Mata Pelajaran Sekolah Dasar (Bahasa Banjar) to join our dedicated team of educators. Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver age‑appropriate Bahasa Banjar lesson plans aligned with national curriculum standards.

- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback and individualized support.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and classroom observations.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance, classroom expectations, and upcoming events.
- Participate in weekly faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school-wide events.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and safe classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and mutual respect.
- Integrate cultural traditions and local customs into language instruction to deepen students’ connection to their heritage.
- Collaborate with other subject teachers to create interdisciplinary projects that reinforce language skills across the curriculum.
- Stay current with educational best practices, incorporating innovative technologies and teaching methodologies where appropriate.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Bahasa Banjar, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Age range: 18 to 50 years.
- Open to all genders; diversity is welcomed.
- At least a high‑school (SMA) or pesantren graduate with prior teaching experience, or a current university student pursuing a relevant degree.
- Demonstrated integrity, honesty, reliability, and adherence to school policies.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, in Bahasa Banjar and Indonesian.
- Ability to create engaging lesson materials and adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
