Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our team as Crew Toko – Ngangguk (Sales & Customer Service). This role is the front‑line of our retail operation, where you will interact directly with shoppers, support daily store activities, and help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business. Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly smile, answer inquiries, and provide product recommendations that meet their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our point‑of‑sale system, handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards, including shelf stocking, price tagging, and promotional displays.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Assist in receiving deliveries, unloading merchandise, and organizing back‑room storage.
- Support night‑shift operations by ensuring the store is secure, performing end‑of‑day cash reconciliation, and preparing the floor for the next day.
- Prepare simple in‑store food items when required, leveraging basic cooking skills to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily sales targets and resolve any customer issues promptly.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 17 years.
- At least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including night shifts.
- Strong creativity and high initiative – able to suggest improvements to store layout or service flow.
- Excellent teamwork skills; comfortable collaborating in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Polite, approachable demeanor with a consistently pleasant smile.
- Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Disciplined, honest, and motivated to work hard.
- Basic cooking ability is a plus, adding value to our in‑store snack offerings.
- Familiarity with retail management systems or a willingness to learn them quickly.
