This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of parcel movement—from the moment a shipment is picked up to its final delivery at the customer’s door. The successful candidate will act as the operational heartbeat of the hub, ensuring that every package is handled with precision, speed, and care while fostering a high‑performance culture among the hub team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and guarantee on‑time delivery of parcels, coordinating every step from collection to final customer hand‑over.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Warehouse team, Line Haul operators, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to synchronize shipping schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
- Implement proactive risk‑mitigation strategies to reduce instances of lost or damaged packages, including real‑time tracking and incident reporting.
- Oversee all hub transactions, ensuring data accuracy in the logistics management system and conducting regular audits of inbound and outbound activities.
- Supervise inbound receiving, sorting, and outbound dispatch processes, optimizing flow to meet peak‑hour demand.
- Coach, mentor, and develop hub staff, delivering performance feedback, conducting training sessions on safety and operational best practices, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Analyze performance metrics such as on‑time delivery rate, transit time variance, and cost per parcel, and propose continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations, company SOPs, and health‑and‑safety standards within the hub facility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordinator experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field, with a proven track record in hub or warehouse management.
- Hands‑on experience with both Last‑Mile and First‑Mile operations, understanding the unique challenges of each segment.
- Strong grasp of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and route optimization.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of aligning cross‑functional teams toward shared objectives.
- Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to make swift decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Kelapa Dua, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten.
