Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, providing knowledgeable recommendations that enhance the shopping experience.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, handle cash transactions, and process electronic payments while maintaining strict adherence to company policies.
- Maintain store presentation standards by organizing shelves, restocking merchandise, and ensuring all displays are neat, fully stocked, and visually appealing.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, report discrepancies, and support loss‑prevention initiatives through diligent monitoring of stock movements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets, participate in promotional activities, and contribute ideas for improving store performance.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends, product demand, and any operational challenges encountered during shifts.
- Flexibly adjust to schedule changes, including weekend and Saturday shifts, to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Age: Applicants up to 30 years old are preferred, though we consider candidates of all ages who meet the criteria.
- Physical: Proportional body posture, good physical health, and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Personal: Adaptable, courteous, and free from tattoos or body piercings that conflict with the company’s dress code.
- Availability: Willingness to be placed at the Ternate store based on operational needs.
- Skills: Basic food and beverage service abilities, strong communication, and a customer‑service mindset.
- Experience: No prior retail experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
