Responsibilities
- Prepare, assemble, and seal product packages according to company guidelines and customer specifications.
- Inspect items for quality defects, proper labeling, and correct quantity before they are dispatched.
- Operate packaging equipment such as tape dispensers, sealing machines, and weighing scales while following standard operating procedures.
- Maintain an organized work area, ensuring that packing materials (boxes, bubble wrap, pallets, etc.) are stocked and readily available.
- Collaborate closely with the inventory and shipping departments to verify order accuracy and to coordinate loading schedules.
- Record daily production figures, report any discrepancies, and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Participate in regular team briefings, training sessions, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Assist in occasional light lifting and manual handling of goods, adhering to ergonomic best practices.
- Support other warehouse functions when needed, such as unloading deliveries or organizing storage locations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: maximum 25 years; must be unmarried female candidates.
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and company regulations without exception.
- Basic numeracy for counting items and verifying quantities.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform light to moderate lifting (up to 20 kg).
- Willingness to work a six‑day schedule: Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
