Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Frontline Client Relations Specialist to join our dynamic customer service team. Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, delivering prompt and accurate information.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and facilitating follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with internal departments—sales, logistics, and technical support—to resolve complex issues and guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, services, and promotional campaigns to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist in preparing routine reports on call volume, resolution times, and common customer concerns, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay current with industry best practices and company policies.
- Uphold company standards of honesty, discipline, and responsibility in all client interactions.
- Support team initiatives by sharing insights, suggesting process enhancements, and mentoring new hires when applicable.
Requirements
- Gender: Female
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
