Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Staff Kitchen Operations & Support professional to join our dynamic food service team. Responsibilities

- Maintain inventory levels of raw materials, kitchen supplies, and equipment, conducting regular stock checks and placing orders as needed.
- Implement and enforce strict food safety and sanitation protocols in compliance with local health regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and dishwashers, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues.
- Collaborate with chefs, line cooks, and service staff to schedule shifts, assign tasks, and optimize workflow during peak service periods.
- Train and mentor new kitchen assistants, providing guidance on proper techniques, safety standards, and efficient work practices.
- Handle customer inquiries and special dietary requests with professionalism, ensuring all meals meet quality expectations.
- Prepare detailed reports on kitchen performance, waste management, and cost control to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
