Responsibilities
- Execute the end‑to‑end sales process in accordance with company policies, ensuring that monthly and quarterly sales targets are consistently achieved.
- Present, explain, and recommend Adira’s portfolio of financing products—including motor vehicle loans, personal loans, and equipment financing—to prospective customers.
- Collect and verify required documentation, submit credit applications, and follow up with the credit assessment team to expedite loan approvals.
- Conduct on‑site surveys of customers’ residences or businesses, accurately record observations, and input detailed reports into the internal CRM system.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting consumer credit in the Tabalong region.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with customers, dealers, and partner agencies to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and underwriting departments to tailor promotional campaigns and improve the customer journey.
- Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting sales achievements, pipeline status, and any obstacles encountered in the field.
- Adhere to ethical sales practices, ensuring transparency and compliance with all applicable banking and consumer protection regulations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 29 years old.
- Gender: Male (as per current company policy).
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, banking, or consumer credit.
- Core Skills: Strong sales and negotiation abilities, excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia, and basic computer literacy for CRM data entry.
- Personal Attributes: High level of integrity, self‑motivation, resilience under pressure, and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Ability to travel within the Tabalong region for client visits and field surveys.
- Willingness to work a full‑time schedule, including Saturdays, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
