Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages, ensuring each client receives friendly and accurate information.
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM system, documenting interactions, issues, and resolutions with precision.
- Assist customers in navigating product catalogs, placing orders, and tracking deliveries, while providing guidance on usage and troubleshooting.
- Identify recurring client concerns and collaborate with the operations and product teams to propose process improvements.
- Handle complaints with empathy, escalating complex cases to senior staff while ensuring follow‑up until satisfactory resolution.
- Prepare daily and weekly service reports, highlighting key performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product updates, policy changes, and best practices in client relations.
- Promote cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities by recognizing client needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Uphold the company’s brand standards by maintaining a neat, professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Gender: Female
- Maximum age: 27 years
- Education: Minimum D3 (Diploma) or S1 (Bachelor’s) in any discipline
- Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; no prior work experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong ability to convey information in a courteous, clear, and persuasive manner.
- High level of honesty, meticulousness, and personal responsibility.

- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM platforms.
