Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning duties in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste removal.
- Maintain hygiene standards in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and sanitizing surfaces.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely, such as vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, and pressure washers.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to the company’s health and safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist in setting up and breaking down meeting rooms and event spaces as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift handovers and consistent service quality.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on cleaning best practices and new product usage.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and completed tasks using simple administrative tools.
- Support special deep‑cleaning projects, such as carpet shampooing or floor waxing, on a scheduled basis.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age between 19 and 35 years.
- Female candidates are preferred for this particular posting.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work a two‑shift schedule, including early mornings and evenings.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
