Responsibilities
- Perform routine dental treatments such as examinations, prophylaxis, scaling, simple extractions, and restorative procedures (fillings, sealants).
- Accurately diagnose oral conditions, develop treatment plans, and communicate options clearly to patients.
- Maintain strict infection‑control protocols and ensure all instruments are sterilized according to national health regulations.
- Document patient histories, treatment notes, and follow‑up recommendations in the clinic’s electronic medical record system.
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal appointment scheduling.
- Participate in regular staff meetings, continuing education sessions, and quality‑improvement initiatives.
- Uphold the clinic’s standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical practice at all times.
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post‑treatment instructions to promote long‑term dental health.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a dental degree (D3/D4) is preferred.
- Active Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) and willingness to obtain a valid Surat Izin Praktik (SIP).
- Physical and mental health sufficient to perform dental procedures safely and efficiently.
- Zero to two years of clinical experience; fresh graduates with strong internship exposure are welcome.
- Competence in providing basic dental services, including preventive care and simple restorative work.
- Excellent communication skills, patience, and a friendly demeanor when interacting with patients of all ages.
- Ability to adhere to the clinic’s management policies, work schedules (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00), and team‑oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning.
