Responsibilities
- Develop interior and architectural design concepts that align with client briefings and project objectives.
- Create accurate technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3‑D models using industry‑standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Revit.
- Prepare polished presentation materials, including renderings, mood boards, and material palettes, to effectively communicate design intent.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including designers, engineers, and contractors—to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source furniture, fixtures, and finishes, ensuring compliance with budget and schedule constraints.
- Conduct regular design reviews and quality checks to maintain studio standards and client expectations.
- Assist in on‑site visits and inspections to verify that the built environment reflects the approved design documents.
- Maintain organized project documentation and update drawing files in the studio’s BIM library.
- Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions, promoting innovative and sustainable design solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or comparable tools.
- Strong technical drawing skills and ability to produce clear, detailed construction documents.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics, functionality, and emerging design trends.
- Excellent attention to detail, disciplined work habits, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for teamwork, client interaction, and vendor coordination.
- Experience (or academic project exposure) in residential, commercial, or hospitality design is a plus.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional site visits.
