We are a vibrant, community‑focused coffee shop located in the heart of Kota Sumenep, seeking a dedicated Barista Profesional to join our team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company standards, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Engage customers with friendly, knowledgeable service, answering product questions and providing recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions, operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; place orders and receive deliveries as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Manage online marketplace listings, process orders, and ensure timely fulfillment for customers purchasing coffee beans and merchandise.
- Work under sales targets and high‑pressure periods, such as weekend rushes and promotional events, while maintaining composure and efficiency.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new brewing techniques, menu items, and industry trends.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, operational improvements, and potential new product ideas.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Applicants up to 30 years old (flexible based on experience).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior barista experience required, but at least 6 months of experience in online marketplace sales or retail is preferred.
- Core Skills:
- Food and beverage service etiquette
- Basic coffee preparation and latte art fundamentals
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under targets and handle pressure
- Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing basics
- Organizational skills for inventory and order management
- Personal Attributes: Honest, disciplined, highly motivated, and a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Availability: Full‑time schedule, Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00. Must not be bound by another full‑time job or academic commitments.
