Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough oral examinations and diagnose dental conditions in accordance with Indonesian dental regulations.
- Perform core clinical procedures including scaling, basic restorations (fillings), simple extractions, and denture adjustments.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices, preventive strategies, and post‑treatment care to promote long‑term health.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes using the clinic’s digital management system.
- Collaborate closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient flow and optimal service delivery.
- Adhere strictly to the clinic’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and quality‑assurance protocols to guarantee consistent, high‑quality care.
- Participate in regular team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education sessions to stay current with evolving dental technologies and techniques.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring supplies, ordering materials, and ensuring that all instruments are sterilized according to infection‑control standards.
- Provide emergency dental care when required, prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
- Promote the clinic’s services through community outreach programs and patient referral initiatives.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Dental Medicine (D3/D4) from an accredited Indonesian university.
- Valid dental practice license (SIP) issued by the Indonesian Dental Association.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on clinical experience; candidates with additional experience are highly preferred.
- Proficiency in performing scaling, basic restorative work (fillings), simple extractions, and denture adjustments.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and preferably English) to interact effectively with patients of all ages.
