Responsibilities

  • Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the sales management team.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions using the CRM system, providing accurate forecasts and reports.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to relay market feedback and improve service offerings.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female candidates are preferred for this posting.
  • Age: Up to 24 years old.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; however, internships or volunteer work in sales or customer service are a plus.
  • Analytical thinking: Ability to assess customer needs and market data to formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment and learning new product lines quickly.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
  • Professional demeanor: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a polished appearance that reflects the company’s brand.
  • Team player: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
  • Technical proficiency: Basic computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and willingness to learn CRM software.
