Responsibilities
- Transport goods and passengers to designated locations, ensuring punctuality and safety.
- Plan and follow optimal routes using GPS and local knowledge to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
- Conduct daily pre‑trip inspections, perform routine maintenance, and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel usage, and trip details in accordance with company policies.
- Load and unload cargo securely, verifying that all items are accounted for and handled with care.
- Provide courteous and professional service to passengers, assisting with luggage and addressing inquiries.
- Comply with all traffic laws, safety standards, and company driving protocols.
- Coordinate with dispatchers and supervisors to receive assignments, update delivery status, and handle unexpected changes.
- Participate in regular safety training sessions and stay updated on industry best practices.
- Represent the company positively, acting as an ambassador for our brand during every interaction.
Requirements
- Male, maximum age of 45 years.
- Valid Indonesian SIM A (motor vehicle driving license).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of professional driving experience, preferably in passenger or freight transport.
- Strong sense of discipline, responsibility, and reliability.
- Willingness and ability to travel between cities on a regular basis.
- Preferred residence in Kendal or surrounding areas to facilitate rapid deployment.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to perform minor vehicle checks.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
