We are expanding our medical team and are looking for a motivated and compassionate General Practitioner (Dokter Umum) for independent practice at our modern outpatient facility. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive medical examinations, diagnose acute and chronic illnesses, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages.
- Provide preventive health services, including immunizations, health screenings, and counseling on lifestyle modifications.
- Manage urgent cases and stabilize patients using Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) protocols before referral to specialized care when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR), ensuring compliance with local health regulations and data privacy standards.
- Collaborate closely with nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff to coordinate patient flow and optimize clinic efficiency.
- Participate in weekly case review meetings, quality improvement projects, and continuing medical education (CME) activities.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and follow‑up care, emphasizing a customer‑oriented approach.
- Adhere to clinic policies regarding infection control, occupational safety, and professional ethics.
- Work rotating shifts, including occasional evenings and weekends, to ensure uninterrupted patient services from Monday to Saturday.
- Assist in community outreach programs, health fairs, and public health initiatives to promote wellness in the surrounding area.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Medicine with a professional medical license (STR) that is currently valid.
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is mandatory.
- At least one year of clinical experience in a general practice or primary care setting is preferred, though recent graduates with strong internships are welcome.

- Flexibility to work in shift patterns, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Proficiency in health management software and basic computer literacy.
